A New Challenger Appears! More extreme writing in this episode, Mikami puts Light to shame. Look at the passion! He puts his whole body into it.
The episode itself was alright, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Death Note at this point. I.e. more perfectly executed plans, betrayals, rearranging the balance of power, etc etc.

Not nearly as epic as the previous episode, but this week’s Death Note was pretty good. As expected of Death Note, lots of plot development with various twists and turns to keep the viewers guessing, even those who had the ending spoiled for them.

EPIC episode. Apparently covering more than nine manga chapters, this episode pulled yet another 180 degree turn following last week.
