Jay is currently a NEET living in his parents’ basement/attic (whichever one seems to be colder during the day) and an aspiring future JET with no real motivation other than to try to experience half of the adventures that the guy who writes GaijinSmash seems to have on a somewhat weekly basis. Raised on the English dub of Sailor Moon and the shower scene of the Street Fighter II movie, Jay has been watching anime since the ripe age of 8 years old, and has continued to watch shows such as Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Dragonball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, and pretty much anything that has fights, explosions, energy beams…and romance. :3 (While Death Note has none of these in impossibly ridiculous amounts, he enjoyed nonetheless). In his spare time, Jay likes to scrounge around for money in hopes of going to next year’s Anime Expo through means that don’t involve actually getting a job, mercilessly insult his friends while receiving an equal amount of physical injury in return, and preach to deaf ears that Monster Hunter Freedom 2 is the only good “MeMORPGer” worth playing and that the PSP is not dying.
