Shakugan no Shana II - Catch Up
December 2nd, 2007 by Shirukii
Well, Soda has gone MIA for a couple weeks so there haven’t been any Shana posts for a while. A few readers have actually went out of their way to e-mail me asking if I plan on filling in the blanks (thanks for letting me know you care, you guys rock <3). But unfortunately, exams are fast approaching, and term projects are piling up so I don't have time to properly summarize and comment on the latest three episodes, but I figured I should at least throw up a quick post for those who want to use this place to discuss via comments, even if there's not much content.
Episode 7 (zZz)

Superb :3
Episode 8 (Yuri? Did someone just say yuri?)

OH GOD MARGERY IS HOT
Episode 9 (WHAT A TWIST!)

OSHI-
I really can’t wait to see how they explain this one. Will they use the silver POE as a buffer to introduce Pheles as the source and therefore main antagonist of this season. Or will Margery freak out when she sees it and direct her rage at Yuuji, even though he might not be the one she’s looking for, or perhaps is but just can’t remember it.
Whatever the case, we’re finally done with the boring pseudo drama, so all is well in my mind.

Sorry guys, totally my fault. I’ve been hit with a whole bunch of work and other things that have just been eating my time. I haven’t even caught up in my own Shana watchings ;_; But I swear I’ll post tomorrow!
And curses, all this snow in the Great White North is killing me. Living alone with a 2 car driveway isn’t fun when you have to shovel before you leave and shovel before you can park your car inside ;_;
I live in Rochester….It’s a recurring gag from me and my friends that we’re living on a planet of ICE.
Yay! Pheles introduction soon!
And why does silver flame just look so damn cool.
Post from another blog:
Alot of people on Random Curiosity were theorizing that Yuji’s father was the Tomogara that Margery was hunting which (despite sounding really odd) sounded kind of cool. Though I bet this is definitely not the case.
It’s a lion. Get. In. The. Car. !!!
I think you might have forgotten to close a <strong> tage, as everything is bold! I wouldn’t be so sure about an end to emo drama, as the first season had a few lapses into snoredom interspersed.
It would be really useful to know a flame haze, so that you could get the snow in your driveway melted whenever it snowed.
@Soda: Nobody can blame you about this. We know both of you Soda and Shirukii are busy with their own work.
>> “And curses, all this snow in the Great White North is killing me. Living alone with a 2 car driveway isn’t fun when you have to shovel before you leave and shovel before you can park your car inside ;_;” It still much better than “Then War In The North” LOL J/K
@Avisch: I think it is still much better that living on a planet of LAVA.
It might not be the case but they never revealed anything about his father either.
@Totali: Where? Where is it? Where is that lion? I just losed a lion pet.
@But it still much better to not let Shana get inside my house otherwise i will died before Yuji did XD
P.S. Did anyone notice there is something wrong with this season? Most of the series start to get better at episode 9.
Gundam 00 #9: So now Gundam is not just all about changing to a stronger model instead they change into RTS (Real-time Strategy). I thought Gundam should become more like this from the first series.
Rental Magic #9: This is what we want the show to be that way.
Shana #9: The real beginning just start from here.
Ninomiya-Kun #9: Now we know who is the real enemy.
Night Wizard #9: That is what we call the real battle of wizard.
Blue Drop #9: Haven’t watch it yet.
What else did i missed? OH yeah! Claymore 75
Superb :3
This reminds me, I recently bought volumes 10 and 11 of the Claymore manga, and Rigard (Or Ligardes, or whatever. That’s how they decided to romanize it in this particular translation) was addressed in them simply as “The Lion King” (no mention of the silver eyes at all). Now, I can’t help but think of Simba slaughtering claymores everytime I see him…
And while on the topic of hilarious titles… The Marshal of Diminutive Lizards? I chuckle every time I read that one.
@ Soda: Yea that storm sucked, luckily my driveway was shoveled before I even woke up =D Benefits of living at home rather than off campus or something.
@ Avisch: Is it even possible for a tomogara to mate with a human? Let alone have kids. And if that were the case, Chigusa has pretty low standards =\
@ Totali: Or call Clare.
@ Kabitzin: Thanks for that, fix’d.
And I’m not too sure having a flame haze torch your driveway would be very wise, most driveways are covered in asphalt, which would no doubt melt at such high temperatures XD
@ Siva: lol, I’m not watching Gundam, Rental Magic or Night Wizard. Though…Ninomiya-kun, you mean the green haired chick?
@ Erilex: I’m so behind on the Claymore manga, when Claymore finally ended and I was able to read it, midterms hit and it’s been non-stop ownage after that, I’m struggling just to keep my blogging pace. I’m stalled on vol 8 or something like that.
@Shirukii: Yah that green haired chick, now she starts to do what we want to see.
It is not longer a Gundam battle that is just all about who has the lastest model but now it is about who has best strategy. In episode 9 that Sergei is really sick and his strategy was amazing that he can control the battle in his hand. LOL I don’t really care what kind of show but when it turns to be a strategy one it just turns me on.
So, does this mean Valac was destoryed along with the kid?
