R.I.P.

I’m not following it to much extent, or at least minimally compared to saimoe, but in the only round update that I really have an opinion on: The cabbage has fallen!

That’s right, the beloved 4chan meme, along with fellow wtf contender Takamichi Nanoha, have fallen in Group B: Round 2, to Guts from Berserk. I suppose this is a good thing, as it shows that saigar is becoming more like saigar and less like sai-”let’s all vote for 4chan memes” or sai-”I’ll just vote for the character I know of/like the most” (Saito beating L and Gai comes to mind here).

So while my personal favourite has fallen to the hands of real gar, I feel almost relieved that saigar is somewhat living up to its name. But I’ll probably only vote in select rounds where I actually think there are deserving candidates from now on.

So onwards! As the wait to see if anyone can pull an upset win over GARcher.
