Anyone understand why Mai stabbed herself at the end? Because to me it jus seemed random, like she'd gone emo - suicidal and rather than hear Yuuichi out she plunges a sword into her chest. I don't get why it was necessary at all...

I guess that's acceptable, but I still think that they shouldn't have used the same symbol to represent the significance of two separate memories/events.

@ Nightingale: Akiko _both_ gets hit by the car and gets the fever during the course of the game, the former incident being Nayuki arc exclusive whilst the latter is Ayu arc exclusive.

Shirukii: "Is there anyone who has played the game and can explain how they justified this in the game, or if it was used at all?"

I believe it is actually used in the game; it is given no justification because the snow bunny is not in and by itself symbolic of anything. Insofar as Nayuki is concerned, it attains a certain significance because her memory of it basically summarises her relationship with Yuuichi. It is in the incident, rather than the bunny itself, where the significance lies.

@ Danny: Loli Mai is indeed much cuter than loli Nayuki, which is what confused me. Loli Mai's image seems to fit better with Nayuki, but I'm not complaining XD Just more fuel to my slowly growing Mai fanboy.

@ Nightingale: Who's saying that Akiko is getting hit next ep? That's still quite some time off, depending on how KyoAni decides to parallel Toei's pacing.
